1. Who We Are

Mission Management ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online education platform for UGC NET Commerce, State PSC, KVS, NVS, and teaching exam preparation. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to everything on this website, including your account, courses, and payments.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only what is needed to run the Platform:

• Account data. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. We never see your Google password.
• Contact details you choose to add. Phone number, WhatsApp number, and Telegram username, if you provide them in your profile or an inquiry form. These are optional.
• Learning data. Your enrollments, lesson progress, quiz and test attempts, and questions you post in the doubts section.
• Payment records. The course purchased, amount, date, and payment status. When online payments are enabled, they are processed by Razorpay; your card or UPI details go to Razorpay directly and never touch our servers. For offline payments recorded manually, we store the same purchase details.
• Technical data. Aggregate visitor counts (a daily total, not a profile of you), basic analytics about page usage, and error reports when something on the site breaks. Error reports may include a limited replay of the session in which the error happened, used only for debugging.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Sign you in and keep your account secure.
• Give you access to the courses you enrolled in and save your progress.
• Send transactional emails: enrollment confirmations, payment receipts, live class reminders, and course completion messages.
• Send WhatsApp or Telegram notifications for the same events, only if you gave us that contact detail.
• Answer your doubts and support requests.
• Understand overall site usage and fix errors.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. It is set only after you log in and cannot be read by other websites. We do not use advertising cookies. Analytics may set its own cookie where enabled; it is used to measure page visits, not to identify you personally.

5. Service Providers

Your data is stored and processed by the services we run the Platform on, each bound by its own security and privacy commitments:

• Google Firebase (sign-in, database, file storage)
• Vercel (website hosting and analytics)
• Razorpay (payment processing, when online payments are enabled)
• Resend (transactional email delivery)
• Bunny.net (video streaming)
• Sentry (error monitoring)
• Meta WhatsApp Business API and Telegram (notifications, only if you provided those contact details)

6. Data Retention

We keep your account and learning data for as long as your account exists. Payment and refund records are kept as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, even after account deletion. Error reports and session replays are retained by our monitoring provider for a limited period and then deleted automatically.

7. Your Rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it (except records we must keep by law). You can also raise a grievance about how your data is handled. To exercise any of these, email us at the address below; we respond within 30 days.

8. Children

The Platform is intended for exam aspirants aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the Platform before they take effect.
