1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Mission Management ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Platform Services
Mission Management provides online educational content including video lessons, live classes, quizzes, and study materials for UGC NET, UPPSC, MPPSC, and assistant professor exam preparation.
3. User Accounts
You must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or allow others to access paid content through your account.
4. Payments & Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Admission is arranged by phone: fees are paid by UPI or bank transfer to our team, and your course access is opened once payment is confirmed, normally the same day. A course purchase grants you access for the period stated on the course page, or 1 year from the date of purchase where no period is stated.
All sales are final. Course purchases are non-refundable. Because courses are digital content opened shortly after payment, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once access has been granted. 5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (including videos, notes, quizzes, and materials) is the intellectual property of Mission Management. You may not download, copy, redistribute, or share any paid content without written permission.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: screen-record or pirate course content, share account credentials, attempt to reverse-engineer the Platform, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
Mission Management is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant course.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
