Course purchases on Mission Management are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once a payment is complete, for any reason, including unused access or change of mind.
Why
Our courses are digital content. Full access to videos, notes, tests, and live classes is granted immediately after payment, so a purchase cannot be returned the way a physical product can.
Try Before You Buy
Please make an informed decision before purchasing. Every course page lists its full syllabus and content details, and you can judge the teaching quality for yourself first: watch the free preview lessons, use the free resources, and attempt the free tests inside the test series before you pay.
Payment Errors
A refund is made only for genuine payment errors: if you are charged twice for the same course, or money is deducted without course access being granted, contact us with the payment reference and we will correct it. This is error correction, not a change-of-mind refund.
